Meet Our Doctors

Diana Thomé, DVM

Dr. Thomé completed her BS and DVM degrees with honors at Washington State University.  She practices small animal medicine including surgery, dentistry, and ultrasound.  When Dr. Thomé is away from the clinic she is likely chasing her two boys, fishing, or training for a triathlon.  Dr. Thomé represents Washington to the AVMA.  Dr. Thomé began working at Desert Veterinary Clinic in 2004 and became an owner in 2012.

Lauren Neuhaus, DVM

Dr. Neuhaus graduated with her DVM degree from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Her areas of interest include small animal medicine, surgery, and animal behavior. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors hiking and cuddling up with her 5 cats and a good book! Dr. Neuhaus began working at Desert Veterinary Clinic in 2014 and became an owner in 2025. 

Anna Lank, DVM

Dr. Lank is a proud graduate from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and joined our team August of 2025. Her areas of interest include surgery and internal medicine.  Dr. Lank is originally from Everett, WA. She has known since kindergarten that she wanted to be a veterinarian. Growing up in a family of physicians she was exposed to the world of medicine from a young age. At home, she has a 3-year-old cat named Lizzy she adopted from an adoption center she was working at. When she is not working, she enjoys staying at home watching a move, reading or knitting!  Outdoors, she loves hikes, rock climbing and dabbling in birdwatching. 

Hailee Meredith, DVM

Dr. Meredith is a proud graduate of Washington State University, with more than seven years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in Oregon. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and is excited to begin serving the pets and families of the Tri-Cities community at our clinic starting in March 2026.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Meredith enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking, and cherishes time with her husband and son. At home, she stays busy with their lively family of four dogs and three cats. She looks forward to exploring the beauty of the Columbia Basin.
